The question on your mind is, “Can I study for my Masters in Canada with an HND?”
It’s not a simple yes or no, but I have the answers you need. Read further to find out!
The “NO” Part
Schools in Canada typically do not accept HND for Masters programs. Most schools usually indicate on their admissions portal that the minimum requirement, among other things, is a 4-year Bachelors program.
International students with HND looking to secure admissions for Masters programs usually have to first apply for a Post Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate, and upon completion of that program, they could be eligible for a Masters program.
But then the same 4-year rule usually applies to Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate programs, but the situation changed a few years ago for a few schools, which you can find on Unicollegelink.
Right now, if you check on Unicollegelink, you’ll find 5 schools in Canada that accept HND for either Postgraduate Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate.
Remarkable right? If you have an HND and need a school in Canada to study for either a Postgraduate diploma or certificate, these are affordable schools you should check out for the upcoming intake. You can find a wide range of programs.
